Sealcoating

Sealcoating not only beautifies your asphalt parking lot or driveway, but also protects it. Over the years, traffic and weather wreak havoc on asphalt. In the summer the oils which bind the stones in the asphalt composition and allow for it's elastic properties, are dried out by the hot sun, leaving the asphalt oxidized and prone to cracking and eroding. Without these oils, during the winter months the newly formed cracks are now exposed to water and air intrusion which leads to asphalt failure.

Asphalt Repairs

Fix We seal cracks large and small, and apply premium asphalt-latex slurry sealers on all of our asphalt projects. We also do asphalt pave-overs, as well as asphalt patching. And all phases of parking lot striping. We use only quality investment grade materials with a full one year written guarantee, on all work performed.
